Warehouse 416

We purchased this building in April of 2000. Parties have been part of this business from the beginning. The annual Martini and Hair Cutting parties were a hit. Many friends from Montclair joined us at 416-26th st for these fun hang out parties. Feb of 2001 Was the first Superbowl Viewing, which has grown into an annual fundraiser, or party just for fun. 2005 we started having Art Shows, specifically the group of artists who held the warehouse open for Pro Arts Open Studios in June of each year. By 2007 we had regular First Friday Parties here as the First Friday Street fair on 23 rd st was growing into a major attraction.
