Ume Yoga

Ume Yoga represents a calm place in a world gone mad. We do this by creating a tranquil space and having experienced teachers that create an energy transforming experience every time you come to class. Located in the heart of Downtown Oakland in the historic Rotunda Building, our calm, clean and collective 5,150 square foot studio holds regular classes in various styles including Vinyasa, Power Hour, Gentle Flow, Yoga Nidra, Therapeutic Yoga, Yin, and Yoga Church in a temple like space. There are classes that are both heated and non-heated to accommodate every yogi. Ume Yoga Oakland has three spacious yoga rooms and features a range of amenities including luxurious showers, community tables both inside and outside, and a quiet sitting lounge you can enjoy before and after class.
