Sobo Ramen

About the Business

Specialties
To us, ramen is not only a bowl of comfort food; it contains the spirit of the farmers, ranchers, chef and origins of its beginnings. Food connects us with people locally and globally, while comforting each other through community, conversation, and nourishment. It brings us great gratification that we are able to serve you something we love. Sobo Ramen is the first Japanese Inspired ramen shop brought to the East Bay in 2012. We are very proud that our ingredients are sourced from our local farmers; Our organic bones are from Llano Seco in Chico. The pork from Coleman Natural. The chicken and bones are from Petaluma Poultry in Petaluma. Our organic produces are from Avila’s Farms in Hollister. The egg is cage free organic, from GV Poultry in Ripon. And our crunchy and bouncey noodles are now fresh made in-house. Carefully crafted for our soups. We strive to create the perfect bowl of comfort noodles for you to enjoy!
