Retail wine & cider shop with tasting area, specializing in small-production, independently owned wineries. We focus on natural wines that exhibit a true expression of their origins. Our name, minimo, reflects our commitment to minimal-intervention wines made without unnecessary additives. Emphasis is on California and Europe. At our communal table or bar, customers can enjoy any bottle purchased in the shop. No corkage fee on bottles $21 and up! (There is a $10 corkage fee on bottles $20 and under; $5 corkage fee for half-bottles and cans.) Wine Club members enjoy free corkage on all selections. We also offer a rotating selection of wines by the glass, every day. We hold wine tastings (a flight of 3 wines curated around a theme) on Wednesday 4:00-7:00pm, and Saturday 12:00-7:00pm. Wine Club members receive 20% off tastings. The tasting area may be rented for private events and parties of up to 45 guests. We’d love to curate a selection of wine for your wedding, office party, holiday party, or special event! We also offer gift certificates, and gift baskets for the holidays.
